Dave Oakley has degrees in Chemical Engineering and Russian Translation from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He spent the early part of his career in the Electronics Industry with Digital Equipment Corporation. He gained experience with improvement tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints during this time. This experience led him to a consulting role with Chesapeake Consulting a small firm that specialized in TOC where he was responsible for successful projects in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Textile & Apparel industries. An assignment with Callaway Golf led him to move to Southern California where he moved through progressive assignments in 8 years to the position of Senior Vice-President of Operations. Dave left Callaway in 2008 and ultimately joined Aptera Motors where he was responsible for Vehicle Assembly and Composites Technology. In 2012 Dave became Vice-President of Operations and Supply Chain for the Cobham leading a significant turnaround for this DoD provided of microwave electronic assemblies.
In 2017 Dave set out on his own with the aim of helping organizations achieve wins for all stakeholders (Customers, Investors, Employees and Suppliers).
Dave lives in Carlsbad with his wife, Denise and their son, Matthew. He has a passion for building high performance teams and helping push through previously accepted barriers in both technology and organizational performance.
