A Joint Offering
As of September 2026, StoneSync Pro is a joint offering from Kaplan Consulting and Synchronous Solutions. It combines Kaplan’s publicly described proprietary GOS framework and stone-business experience with Synchronous Flow, Throughput Accounting, enterprise-flow design, and implementation support.
The program can address strategic planning, leadership roles, accountability, management meetings, process standardization, key measures, operational flow, and continuous improvement. The exact depth depends on the selected tier and client need.
Why the Program Exists
StoneSync Pro was not created merely to place two consulting firms beside one another. It was designed to remove an artificial either-or decision when a fabricator would benefit from both.
StoneSync Pro was intentionally designed as one coordinated commercial engagement rather than two unrelated consulting contracts. Depending on the selected tier and scope, its investment may be comparable to what a client would otherwise spend on one substantial consulting engagement. This is a description of the program’s design intent, not a universal price guarantee; current scope and pricing should be confirmed before purchase.
This produces the intended win/win/win:
- The client gains broader capability, coordinated support, and greater value.
- Kaplan Consulting can contribute its strengths within a more comprehensive solution.
- Synchronous Solutions can contribute its strengths while serving clients that need broader business-building support.
Distinct Companies, Shared Outcome
Kaplan Consulting and Synchronous Solutions remain distinct companies with their own services, intellectual foundations, and client relationships. A fabricator may work with either independently. StoneSync Pro is the option for organizations that want the combined value without having to select one firm at the exclusion of the other.
